Above are some photographs of my wayfinding design project for the Museum Valkenburg.
The wayfinding project I did for the Museum Land van Valkenburg is going to be published in a Chinese book that will be internationally distributed. The book will be titled “Wayfinding Designs Worldwide”. This book will include more than 100 excellent wayfinding/signage designs around the world, and will be divided into 9 parts: museum, school, restaurant/hotel, shop and exhibition, hospital/pharmacy, office, transport ,factory, and park wayfinding design systems.
Here’s a preview of my project in the book:

Redesign of the reception area of the Museum. The interior is designed by using a powerful modern color scheme and a modern wayfinding design. The area lures the visitors into the museum and supplies them with informatino about the current exhibitions and how to navigate the museum. The color scheme helps to articulate the spatial structure of the space and communicates the strategic direction of the museum. Design of other spaces and communication are linked to this project: posters & main exhibition space.
You can find photographs of the project here.

Design for the brainstorm room for the Future Center ‘LAB’ to be built by the Provincie Limburg. The goal of the space is to inspire the users to think out of the box. The design is an entry for a design competition. [i.c.w. RAW Architecten]
